hibiscus flower, lemon peel, rose hips, rose petals

Brewing Instructions

1. Heat water to a boil.
2. Use 3-4 grams (2 heaping tablespoon) of herbs per 8-12 ounces of water.
3. Pour hot water over herbs and steep 4-5 minutes. Remove herbs and enjoy!
